Ritual (HOW TO USE):

Thoroughly wet hair and scalp with warm water. Pour quarter sized amount into palm and apply shampoo to scalp in sections. Concentrate shampoo mainly on scalp and pull down strands after cleansing scalp to cleanse your strands. Remember to always scrub scalp with your fingertips.

The Cocomint Shampoo can be used to detangle your hair as well. Always make sure your hair is well lubricated before detangling. Detangle first with your hands to remove any knots or tangles that a tool would rip through. Next, using your detangling tool of choice, work your way from the ends of your hair to the root. Twist or clip detangled section after completing. 

Shipping policy

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping timeframes. 

Our normal processing time is 6 to 8 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. **Please allow 8 to 12 business days of processing during HOLIDAY SEASON and SALES. If there is any change, notification of processing and shipment changes will be sent out to customers.

Days and hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays as well as during Federal Holidays. If order is placed after business hours processing time will begin on the next business day.

During Holiday seasons and or sales there can be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Please plan accordingly if shopping for holiday gifting.

U.S. Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Nourish and Love Co offer weight based shipping costs. Please note shipping rates are due to increase or decrease without notice dependent upon Postal Service rate fluctuations.
